List bookings

List the bookings of one microsite by creation date, with optional filters on departure, update and cancellation dates, a reference and the user. Returns each booking's reference, status and creation date, so read the details with Get booking.

The listing is strictly scoped to one microsite, and from/to are creation dates. Bookings made on another microsite that shares your reference sequence are not in it. Don't build reconciliation on "list and diff". See Reconciliation.

This response has no auditData and no Travelc-Trace-Id header. Tested For support, keep the full request and response in your logs, with the token redacted. Confirmed Log the x-request-id response header too.

Behaviour

  • from and to are required, so every query is bounded by creation date, even when you filter by update, cancellation or departure date. Spec
  • Only from/to (yyyyMMdd) and the time bounds (HH:mm:ss) have a documented format. The other date pairs probably use yyyyMMdd too. Test them in your test account. Unverified
  • Pages hold 100 results. Verified Read pagination.totalResults and advance first until you have them all. Unverified
  • There is no status filter and no sales channel filter. Filter the results yourself. Verified
  • Each entry carries four fields: bookingReference, status, creationDate and micrositeId. For hotels, prices or passengers, read the trip with Get booking.
  • The older listing variant of GET /booking/getBookings (without a microsite and reference in the path) is deprecated. Use this endpoint.

Finding a booking after a Book timeout

externalReference is not searchable here: ref matches platform and provider references, order numbers (deferred ones included) and PNRs only. To find a booking whose Book call timed out, list today's bookings for your API user (username), then read each with Get booking and compare its agencyBookingReference with your externalReference. Tested The full sequence is in If Book times out. Unverified

Reconciliation

Webhooks go missing in practice. Verified A microsite without a configured webhook never notifies you. Docs Because this listing omits bookings from sibling microsites, a "list and diff" sweep misses them. Verified

Walk your reference sequence instead (<PREFIX>-1043, <PREFIX>-1044, and so on) and probe Get booking for each. 200 means the booking is real, 404 means the number was never issued. Continue past your high-water mark until you see several 404s in a row. Verified More in Webhooks.

Cancel service

The generic cancel for a hotel service in a booking. It takes a cancellation type, PROVIDER or MANUAL, and optional manual fees.
